(TITC) – The Government issued the Resolution No.44\/NQ-CP on 7th March 2025 on visa exemption for citizens from 12 countries including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland from 15 March 2025 to 14 March 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Resolution states that citizens of these countries will be exempted from visas for a temporary stay period of 45 days from the date of entry, regardless of passport type and purpose of entry, on the basis of fully meeting the entry conditions as prescribed by Vietnamese laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Resolution, the visa exemption policy will be valid from 15 March 2025 to 14 March 2028 and will be considered for extension according to the provision of Vietnamese laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resolution No. 32\/NQ-CP dated 15 March 2022 and Resolution No. 128\/NQ-CP dated 14 August 2023 of the Government will expire from 15 March 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
