Accordingly, they will enjoy more than 200 typical and authentic dishes such as Quang noodles, &#8216;bun mam nem&#8217; (rice vermicelli with fermented anchovy dipping sauce), chicken rice, \u2018banh trang cuon thit heo\u2019 (belly pork and vegetables wrapped in soft rice paper), &#8216;banh xeo&#8217; (steamed rice flour pancakes), seafood, and \u2018goi ca Nam O\u2019 (raw fish salad), plus to South Korean, Japanese, European &#8211; American, Chinese, Indian, and Thai cuisines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Danang Food Fun experience space, visitors can directly experience how to make \u2018banh xeo\u2019, spring rolls and \u2018banh it\u2019 (sticky rice cake), along with culinary art performances such as noodle dance, bartender skill demonstration &nbsp;and &#8216;Bai Choi&#8217; (singing while acting as playing cards) on the theme of cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In particular, the programme &#8220;More than delicious &#8211; Hunting for Da Nang flavours &#8211; Exchanging quality gifts&#8221; will bring the opportunity for visitors who collect culinary stickers, take check-in photos at the festival, and post information and images on personal channels, to receive valuable gifts from the organisers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, there will be \u201cDa Nang Food Tour &#8211; The Chef Competition\u201d with the participation of more than 20 professional and amateur chefs from accommodation and food establishments, and restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/2025.vietnam.travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/da_nang_food_tour_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/2025.vietnam.travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/da_nang_food_tour_2.jpg 640w, https:\/\/2025.vietnam.travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/da_nang_food_tour_2-300x187.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>In addition, a wide range of sideline activities will be held, including flashmob performances, special art programme combined with DJ, a video contest of Da Nang street food experience journey, and the Da Nang Food Tour Culinary Passport with the experience of collecting stamps to receive many attractive gifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking at the press conference, Ms. Truong Thi Hong Hanh, Director of the municipal Department of Tourism, said that the Da Nang Food Tour Festival will be a new product to serve tourists, and at the same time, contribute to promoting local, Vietnamese and international cuisine, and building and developing Da Nang to become a unique culinary tourism destination on the world tourism map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>Source:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/baodanang.vn\/english\/business\/202503\/da-nang-food-tour-festival-to-be-held-for-the-first-time-4002053\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Da Nang Today<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211; baodanang.vn &#8211; Mar 14, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Da Nang Department of Tourism held a press conference on Thursday evening to introduce the Da Nang Food Tour Festival 2025 which will be held for the first time at the East Sea Park from March 28 to April 1.
