Under the theme \u201cLegacy of Culture\u201d, each fireworks display told a story &#8211; a slice of emotion that touched the hearts of the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.vietnamtourism.gov.vn\/en\/\/images\/2025\/jun\/1.6.diff1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>The Han River sparkled brilliantly on the opening night of DIFF 2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.vietnamtourism.gov.vn\/en\/\/images\/2025\/jun\/1.6.diff2.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>The host team from Da Nang &#8211; Viet Nam captivated the audience with an emotional and pride-filled performance, featuring a creatively choreographed fireworks display on international music such as &#8216;Bonjour Viet Nam&#8217;, &#8216;Titanium&#8217;, and &#8216;Top of the Rock&#8217;, painting a picture of a dynamic, globally connected, and ever-evolving city.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.vietnamtourism.gov.vn\/en\/\/images\/2025\/jun\/1.6.diff3.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>In 20 minutes, more than 5,000 fireworks lit up the sky in perfect harmony with the music, creating a magnificent symphony of light that delivered a powerful message of celebration to locals and visitors alike, marking the 50th anniversary of Da Nang\u2019s Liberation.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.vietnamtourism.gov.vn\/en\/\/images\/2025\/jun\/1.6.diff4.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>The host team&#8217;s fireworks display was divided into four chapters: Fusion, Tribute, Integration, and Pioneering and Glory, narrating Viet Nam\u2019s cultural journey to the global stage. IN PHOTO: Da Nang\u2019s performance as seen from a riverside hotel along the Han River<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.vietnamtourism.gov.vn\/en\/\/images\/2025\/jun\/1.6.diff5.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>From shimmering rain-like effects and soft color transitions to cascading fireworks and powerful simultaneous bursts that swept across the sky like crashing waves, the audience was swept away in a wave of emotions \u2014 from quiet reflection to explosive exhilaration<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.vietnamtourism.gov.vn\/en\/\/images\/2025\/jun\/1.6.diff6.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Following the performance of the host team Da Nang &#8211; Viet Nam, the JoHo Pyro Professional Fireworks AB team (Finland) &#8211; the reigning champion of DIFF 2024 brought to DIFF 2025 a performance called: &#8220;Nordic Lights&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.vietnamtourism.gov.vn\/en\/\/images\/2025\/jun\/1.6.diff7.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>The performance by the reigning champion of DIFF 2024 delivered an intense atmosphere, echoing the fierce spirit of Northern Europe. With fiery pop and rock tracks like &#8216;Diamond Eyes&#8217;, &#8216;Liar&#8217;, and &#8216;Heroes Are Calling&#8217;, the audience was drawn into a powerful emotional journey \u2014 a story of a people forged amid icy seas and thousands of remote islands.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.vietnamtourism.gov.vn\/en\/\/images\/2025\/jun\/1.6.diff8.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>The first volleys of fireworks burst forth like crashing waves, surging ashore in rapid succession, then suddenly softened to the haunting melody of &#8216;Stormsk\u00e4rs Maja&#8217; \u2014 a Nordic ballad that evoked images of wooden boats drifting silently through the Baltic Sea mist. Water fireworks \u2014 the signature technique that secured Finland\u2019s victory at last year\u2019s DIFF \u2014 once again took center stage, reimagined with remarkable creativity.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.vietnamtourism.gov.vn\/en\/\/images\/2025\/jun\/1.6.diff9.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>A special highlight of the performance was Finland\u2019s unexpected use of Vietnamese songs such as \u2018Bong Phu Hoa\u2019 and \u2018Vu Tru Co Bay\u2019 which delighted the audience and added a surprising cultural connection to the show.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.vietnamtourism.gov.vn\/en\/\/images\/2025\/jun\/1.6.diff10.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Team Finland impressed with a series of high-altitude fireworks launched in rapid succession.
